We connect literature, yoga poses and music, making TBCM the perfect addition to your library’s schedule!

Our classes are anchored in mindfulness, mantras and breathing.

  • Baby Yoga

    Ages 3–18 Months + Caregiver

    Spend quality time bonding through gentle movement, soothing breathing exercises, and simple yoga poses tailored for both you and your baby. Books, music, and playful props make the experience engaging and developmentally supportive. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents and caregivers.

  • Youth Yoga

    Ages 5-10

    Our Youth Yoga class blends movement, stretching, mindfulness, and fun to support the whole child. Participants will move and stretch their bodies, learn age-appropriate mindfulness tools to navigate emotions and everyday stress, and spend 45 minutes calming their minds and reconnecting with themselves. This class is welcoming to all kids, regardless of experience or flexibility.

  • Storybook Yoga for Littles

    Ages 2–6 + Caregiver

    Introduce your toddler or young child to the joy of yoga with our Storybook Yoga class. Each session features playful yoga poses, guided breathing, and an engaging yoga-themed story. This class offers meaningful bonding time while building early movement and mindfulness skills. Suitable for all energy levels, it provides a fun and calming experience for both kids and caregivers.

  • Family Yoga

    Geared Toward Ages 3–8

    Designed with ages 3–8 in mind, this class welcomes the whole family to move and learn together. Families will explore simple yoga poses, breathing techniques, and beginner-friendly mindfulness practices they can continue at home. Wear comfortable clothing and bring yoga mats and water. It’s a joyful way to connect, move, and unwind together.
