Baby Yoga
Ages 3–18 Months + Caregiver
Spend quality time bonding through gentle movement, soothing breathing exercises, and simple yoga poses tailored for both you and your baby. Books, music, and playful props make the experience engaging and developmentally supportive. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents and caregivers.

Youth Yoga
Ages 5-10
Our Youth Yoga class blends movement, stretching, mindfulness, and fun to support the whole child. Participants will move and stretch their bodies, learn age-appropriate mindfulness tools to navigate emotions and everyday stress, and spend 45 minutes calming their minds and reconnecting with themselves. This class is welcoming to all kids, regardless of experience or flexibility.

Storybook Yoga for Littles
Ages 2–6 + Caregiver
Introduce your toddler or young child to the joy of yoga with our Storybook Yoga class. Each session features playful yoga poses, guided breathing, and an engaging yoga-themed story. This class offers meaningful bonding time while building early movement and mindfulness skills. Suitable for all energy levels, it provides a fun and calming experience for both kids and caregivers.

Family Yoga
Geared Toward Ages 3–8
Designed with ages 3–8 in mind, this class welcomes the whole family to move and learn together. Families will explore simple yoga poses, breathing techniques, and beginner-friendly mindfulness practices they can continue at home. Wear comfortable clothing and bring yoga mats and water. It’s a joyful way to connect, move, and unwind together.
Family Yoga

This class is tailored to kiddos 3 to 8 years old, but everyone is welcome. This is a great time for the whole family to learn yoga, breathing and meditation to do at home. We typically offer this class on Saturday mornings. Participants are asked to bring mats and water and wear comfy clothes. We will come with extra mats should anyone need one.

Adult & Me Yoga

This is the perfect class to introduce babies, toddlers and young kiddos to yoga. Together, the adult and child will explore engaging poses and learn about breath and movement. TBCM instructors incorporate books and music to keep kids engaged. The children will build a foundation of yoga tools to use as they get older.

Youth Yoga (ages 5+)

Perfect for libraries! All of our classes are themed to literature and teach kids how to incorporate yoga, breath and mindfulness into their lives. Children not only learn yoga poses and stretching but ways to cope with anxiety, stress and other life challenges. They leave feeling refreshed, refocused and re-energized. Geared toward ages 5 and up. Parent or caregiver must remain on site during the class.
