Camp Themes

Every camp theme blends yoga, mindfulness, movement and hands-on creativity, and each one adapts for preschool through middle school. Book a half-day or full-day camp led by our team, or bring a theme into your existing camp as a special guest session. New themes every season. Ask us what’s coming next!

  • Winter Wonderland in July

Snow much fun! Yoga, crafts and frosty adventures

Beat the summer heat with a winter wonderland! Campers explore Arctic animal poses, snowball games, obstacle courses and breathing exercises, and practice gratitude by making a handmade gift for someone they love.

  • Aloha & Flow

Island yoga, tropical crafts and ocean-sized fun

Grab your imaginary surfboard for an island-inspired camp! Campers explore ocean animal poses, movement games and breathing exercises, and make their own ocean calm-down bottle to take home.

  • Squishology!

    Squishies, yoga and fun

Stretch, squish, create and play. Campers design their own squishies, make slime and sensory creations, invent yoga flows and take on games and creative challenges.

  • Be Your Own Star

Yoga, mindfulness and healthy habits to help you shine

Campers build confidence, calm and healthy habits through yoga, breathwork, mantras, journaling and simple life skills like sleep, nutrition and organization. Every camper takes home a yoga mat and a mindfulness journal.

  • Own Your Calm

Real tools for homework, pressure and noise

Made for middle schoolers, this camp gives students real tools to calm test nerves, reset after a hard day and worry less about what everyone else is doing. Campers leave with a personal toolkit they can use at school, at home or before a big game.

  • The Offline Challenge

Five minutes of screen time a day. Now what?

Designed for grades 3-8, this camp helps kids discover new ways to fill their free time with scavenger hunts, obstacle courses, invented games and hands-on projects. Each camper takes home an Offline Kit, along with a challenge: Can you go 24 hours without a screen?
