Early Education Yoga Programs
We offer a variety of programs for students ages 18 months to 6 years that fit your students’ unique needs. Our programs create calm, inclusive learning environments where students and teachers feel empowered to use yoga and mindfulness to balance their mind, body and heart.
-
Classroom Yoga
We teach breathing, poses and mindfulness to children as young as 18 months. Each 30-minute class is themed to a children’s book and includes dancing, movement and storytelling, making it a great fit with early childhood education. Kids begin to build a foundation of yoga tools to use as they grow.
-
Grown-Up Yoga
Treat your staff and teachers to the gift of yoga. We’ll lead an hourlong flow to calm the mind, strengthen the core and stretch the body, tailored to your team. It’s also available as an adults-only class for parents and caregivers.
-
Camp Themes
Bring one of our camp themes to your center in the summer or anytime during the year. Each theme blends yoga, mindfulness, movement and hands-on creativity, adapted for your youngest learners. Book it as a half-day or full-day camp led by our team, or as a special guest session in your existing program.
-
Empowered Educator Workshops
Simple yoga, breathing and mindfulness tools teachers can use in the moment, with no mats or extra prep needed. Each 120-minute workshop is OCCRRA certified and counts toward professional development hours. Choose from three presentations: Classroom Reset, From Behavior to Belonging and Supporting Young Minds.
-
Empowered Grown-Ups Workshop
The ultimate reset for parents, caregivers and anyone who helps raise or work with kids. Through mindfulness, movement and conversation, we share practical tools to manage big emotions, reduce stress and create more calm at home. Each workshop ends with a yoga and mindfulness practice to put the tools to work.

Family Yoga
Our Focused Family program is a 45-minute themed yoga class in a calm, inclusive environment where the whole family participates. It’s geared to ages 3-8, but everyone is welcome.
