Balancing mind, body, and heart

Schools

We currently offer programs for students ages two and up that are tailored to your school and your students’ specific needs. By focusing on all students equally and using yoga methods to empower them, we help your students balance their mind, body, and heart; thus creating a better learning environment, both physically and mentally.

Families & Groups

TBCM offers classes fit for the whole family! With classes ranging from pop-up public classes to private scheduled classes, we have an option to fit your family or group’s busy schedule and tailor to your specific needs. Through the use of yoga poses, movement, and breath, we empower children to control their mind, body, and heart. All of our techniques can be used at home to create a calm, stress-free, home environment.
